Waste Removal: In order to minimize community road wear, noise and truck traffic; and to secure favorable group pricing, CMPOA has contracted with Allied Waste Services as the exclusive waste removal service for Country Manor. All residents desiring local trash, recyclables and yard waste services must contract with Allied through CMPOA. Billing is annually by CMPOA, with CMPOA paying and administering these services with Allied.
